Thermoplastic sheets produced, like HIPS, GPPS, PMMA, PPC, HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE are demanded in large quantities and have their own applications in automotive, household, refrigeration, air-conditioning, construction and advertising markets.Thinner sheets of HIPS,PP and PE sheets are thermoformed to be used in packaging and food industries.
Thicker thermoplastic and composite sheets are thermoformed and used as mudguards, bumpers, fan cases, battery closures, indoor body and seatback panels in automotives.
They are also thermoformed to be used as refrigeration, air-conditioner and deep-freeze bodies that are resistant to polyurethane foam.As thick sheets, they are applied as wall and door decorative panels in constructions.As well as this, the composite panels we produce are prefered in agressive environments where high relative humidity is present like in animal shelters and slaughter houses.
The advertising boads are selected from a group of thermoplastic and composite panels that are ozone and UV resistant.These panels are also specially designed to adhere dye,ink and adhesive,which is a very important parameter in advertising industry.
Thin HMWPE sheets are offered to our customers where very low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance is required in their applications.Special sheets made of polymeric blends like TPO and composites are designed for any kind of industry that the properties of material and post processing conditions are defined by our customers.
